Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S.PRABHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit granted in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21600 of 2023 dated 18.12.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks time to comply with 1/3

the condition imposed upon the petitioner, since he is unable to arrange the surety within the stipulated time as per the order of this Court dated 18.12.2023 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21600 of 2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 18.12.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated.
