Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.VEERAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.6102 of 2019, dated 26/04/2019, for producing the sureties and for excuting the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since he is unable to furnish sureties he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
