taking her and her children's belonging from her house situated at No. 137, Ranimangammal Street, B.B.Kulam, Madurai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2023.

The petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1173 of 2023 has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from proceeding with the counter complaint given by the respondents 4 to 24 as against the complaint of the petitioner in CSR.No. 1011 of 2022 dated 28.11.2022 on the file of the third respondent which discloses cognizable offences under the provisions of the Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 by considering the petitioner's written representation dated 05.01.2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint against the respondents 4 to 24 alleging that the petitioner had taken loans from them and now they are threatening the petitioner and not allowing her to enter into her house. He would further submit that since the husband of the tenth respondent is a police official, the official respondents are not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.1011 of 2022 came to be registered on 28.11.2022 and that eight respondents were already enquired and since the address of the other respondents were not properly given, they are not in a position to enquire them.

5. Recording the submissions made on either sides, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 05.01.2023 and pass orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions stand disposed of.
