RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on him in Crl.O.P.No.16029 of 2020 order dated 30.12.2020 that the petitioner/Accused shall be appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.BHAGAVATH SINGH.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16029 of 2020 on 30.12.2020. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.
