ORDER

The challenge in the writ petition is to an order passed by the third respondent rejecting the claim of issuance of vacant site tax assessment in favour of the petitioner. The same had been rejected on the ground that no document has been produced before the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the order impugned herein, the petitioner had submitted a detailed representation on 28.12.2024 enclosing various documents to substantiate her claim. The petitioner also undertakes to produce further documents in respect of her claim.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
