RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition in Para(7) imposed on the petitioner vide order passed in Crl.O.P.No.14617 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.H.MOHAMMED IMRAN, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14617 of 2020, dated 14.12.2020. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum Rs.10,000/- each with one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or to the Police Officer, who intends to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
CRL MP(MD) No.631 of 2021 arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
4.It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. If the petitioners are not complied with the order within the stipulated period, the respondent police shall secure the petitioners.
