The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action for removal of public nuisance and encroachments as per section 133 of Cr.P.C. on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2015.

considered by the respondents, this petition has been filed. 4.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
