Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the second respondent to conduct proper and effective investigation of Crime Nos.58 of 2014 and 112 of 2014 by transferring the investigation from the file of the third respondent Police Station and file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to conduct proper and effective investigation of Crime Nos.58 of 2014 and 112 of 2014 by transferring the investigation from the file of the third respondent Police Station and file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that in so far as C.C.No.115 of 2014 is concerned, investigation is completed and final report is filed before the jurisdictional Court and in so far as Crime No.112 of 2014 is concerned, final report is filed and the charge sheet is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition for adjudication and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
