This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.155 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent.

Mrn 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that a chargesheet was filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.789 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and that the petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1225 of 2022 to quash the chargesheet and the same is disposed of by an order of this Court dated 08.03.2022. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent has also admitted the same.

4.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
