ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 herein to open and run the wine Shop No.7833 in the shop premises of the petitioner situated in S.No.142/5, Atrangarai Street, Swamimalai, Swamimalai Revenue Village, Kumbakonam Panchayat Union, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District with payment of periodical shop rent to the petitioner till the bar licence valid for the period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)Nos.7231 of 2013 till 02.09.2013 and further direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to continue to receive the monthly rental from the petitioner for running the bar till 02.09.2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel representing Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, would state that the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
