O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.04.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that no such complaint has been received.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 05.08.2015 along with a copy of the said complaint. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks thereafter and also directed to register F.I.R, if cognizable offence is made out in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
