Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.OLI RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed for executing 2 blood sureties each for the petitioner vide common order in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.14776 & 14781 of 2020, dated 15.12.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the petitions, these petitions are ordered and the petitioners shall execute common surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or to the Police Officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.

4.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
