ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that since no complaint was given against the petitioner, there is no such harassment made by the respondent police.

4. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be called for enquiry and harassed in the absence of any complaint. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
