PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the list, dated 15.04.2013, issued by the third respondent showing the names of 11 candidates as valid nominations and also the list, dated 16.04.

2013, declaring results that 11 candidates have been elected unopposed, without including the names of all eligible candidates in the list of valid nominations and the list of eligible candidates and without holding elections in accordance with law as illegal and consequently direct the first and second respondents to take action against the third respondent for issuing the list of eligible candidates/valid nominations contrary to law and to hold elections by appointing a new Election Officer and also by including the names of all eligible candidates including the name of the petitioner in the list of valid nominations and eligible candidates and after issuing a final list of eligible candidates as per the original schedule or by issuing a fresh schedule of election for the fourth respondent society, award costs and thus render justice.
