This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to travel abroad on the basis of his undertaking to furnish necessary details of his itinerary prior hand.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner has already been received his passport and therefore the prayer sought for no longer survives, as there is no embargo to travel abroad.
