ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.03.2015 and to file a final report within a time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has sent the complaint only to the Superintendent of Police.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 05.08.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the second respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the said complaint and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks.
