RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in Crl OP(MD)No.15382 of 2018 dated 08.02.2019 for surrender before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Madurai. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.A.AJMALKHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.15382 of 2018, dated 08/02/2019, for producing the sureties and for excuting the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since he is unable to furnish sureties he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance. sd/- 17/06/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
