ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the year 2023, the petitioner was summoned by the respondent Police for enquiry and he was appeared before the respondent police and gave his explanation and submitted the available documents with him. The petitioner is doing business in the name and style of VGN Gold for the past 15 years. Now, again the respondent police calling the petitioner for enquiry, thereby, causing damage to his reputation in the public. Hence, this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is called for by the respondent police only for the purpose of enquiry and nothing else.

4.In the light of the above submission, since the respondent Police has resorted to conduct an enquiry with the petitioner, only after issuing summons in accordance with law.
