ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that only petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not harassed.
4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Second respondent is also directed not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the meanwhile. 5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
