This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 382 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that there is no material available to implicate the petitioners as accused persons in this case. In fact, a referred charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni.

3.In the light of the above development, except recording the submissions of learned Government Advocate, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
