ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to secure the accused persons in connection with Crime No.49 of 2015 on the file of second respondent within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that investigation would reveal that the case in Crime No.49 of 2015 is a false case. In view of the same, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
