ORDER

This petitioner has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.547 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent to any other competent officer in order to conduct proper investigation and to cull out the truth.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.547 of 2024 is almost over and final report would be filed within three months.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The respondent police shall file a final report within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. NCC : Yes / No 23.01.2025 Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
