PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To extend the time already granted to surrender himself before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambasamudram in Crl OP(MD)No.5757 of 2019 dated 16.04.2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.5757 of 2019, dated 16/04/2019, for producing the sureties and for excuting the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since he is unable to execute sureties he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
