Ref: High Court's Order dated 11.04.2018 in CRP(NPD)(MD)No.588 of 2018 and CMP(MD)No.2605 of 2018.

------ As per the order of this Court under reference cited (a copy of which is enclosed herewith), this court hath directed the Registry to call for a report from the Ist Additional District Judge(PCR), Tiruchirappalli as to whether the affidavit which was enclosed in the Typed set,filed by the respondents herein at Page Nos.10 to 12 was taken on file or the affidavit originally enclosed in the Typed set, which was filed by the petitioner herein at page Nos.40 and 41 before this court was taken on file. This Court further directed the Judge to send both the Affidavits and also the entire records to this Court on or before 26/4/18. Therefore, the Ist Additional District Judge(PCR), Tiruchirappali is required to submit the report along with both the Affidavits, and also the entire records as stated above, to the Registry on or before 26.04.2018, since the matter stands posted to 26.4.2018.
