O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to pass suitable orders to transfer the investigation of petitioner's complaint dated 06.04.2015 on the file of the second respondent to some other investigating agency by considering his representation dated 23.06.2015 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Assistant Commissioner, Contonment Police Station is enquiring the matter and the second respondent has not conducted enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Accordingly, a direction is issued to the Assistant Commissioner, Contonement Police Station to file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Assistant Commissioner, Contonement Police Station, Trichy.
