ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.65 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that after conducting enquiry, a draft charge sheet has been ready. 4.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
