ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 30.10.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused by giving false promise that they will make arrangement for getting job and obtained a sum of Rs.73,200/- from the petitioner, but, thereafter, they did not make any arrangement for getting job and also refused to return the amount and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 13.10.2017, but, so far no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law within fifteen days.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
