ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.12 of 2018, within a time frame, which may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 04.01.2018 in Crime No.12 of 2018, under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) I.P.C., but, so far no further action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and he further submitted that the investigation would be completed within a period of two months. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of two months from this date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
