ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the fourth respondent to conclude the Revenue Recovery proceeding under the Revenue Recovery Act within a stipulated time based on the order issued by the first respondent vide his letter Na.Ka.No.8146/2011/The4, dated 30.03.2012.
