ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conclude the enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.10.2025 vide summon No. 197/2025 and to take necessary action the private respondents.

This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.10.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
