ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2 in Crime No.181 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 170, 171 and 468 of I.P.C., r/w Section 5 of the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950 and hence, seek bail. 2.According to the de-facto complainant, the Tasildhar of Pattukottai Taluk, the accused have affixed a sticker as if he is a Government Servant and also having two ID cards showing that the first accused is a Director of Tamil Nadu Anti Corruption Vigilance Cell and approached the de-facto complainant for transfer of the revenue documents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is a social worker and he has already gave a complaint against the de-facto complainant and due to that vengeance, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and the second petitioner is only a driver of the first petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)would submit that the respondent has completed the investigation and also laid a charge sheet in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the following conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
