ORDER
The petitioners are facing trial in C.C.No.388 of 2019 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Madurai, for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 406 of IPC.
2.It is a matrimonial issue. The defacto complainant Kanimozhi is present in person before me. She happily states that she has rejoined to the husband. The complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings.
3.I am, therefore, of the view that the continuation of the impugned proceedings is absolutely unwarranted. In this view of the matter, the impugned proceedings stand quashed. This criminal original petition is allowed.
