ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 14.12.2017. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, a case has been registered in Crime No.20 of 2018, under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C., and Section 4 of the Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998.
3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
