Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned orders passed by the 1st respondent in No.S1/40125/2011 D.O.1573/2011, dated 10.12.2011, C.No.43/17005/12, D.O.No.779/2012 dated 31.08.2012 and C.No.A1/42940/2012, dated 25.01.2013, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Head Constable as per the order passed on 31.03.1998 and consequently promote him as Special Sub Inspector of police on completion of 10 years and all other consequential benefits and refix the pay by giving continuity of service as ordered by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6992 of 2009.
