This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry without due process of law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that only petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not harassed.

4.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents are also directed not to harass the petitioners and also not to interfere with the civil dispute. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
