ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 09.11.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused has executed a Power of Attorney on 21.08.2012 and received a sum of Rs.9,15,600/- and thereafter it was found that the proposed accused already sold his property on 12.08.1996 and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 09.11.2017, but, so far no action has been taken.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, C.S.R.No.16 of 2018, has been issued and the complaint is pending for enquiry.

cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
