ORDER
The petitioner seeks to quash the order issued by the first respondent in A2/M.C./51/2014 dated 08.01.2015. 2.On a bare perusal of the order passed by the first respondent, who is inclined to proceed under Section 107 Cr.P.C., reveals that not even a prima facie satisfaction for such proceedings have been arrived at by him. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Accordingly, the order of the 1st respondent in A2/M.C./51/2014 dated 08.01.2015 stands quashed. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
