The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the writ petition itself has been filed by the petitioner as against the order of suspension and that though the petitioner has obtained an order of stay of operation of the order of suspension, the petitioner was reinstated into service thereafter. Hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
