Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner during the time of constructing her house in 412, door No.B/10A1A1A, situated at Batlagundu Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 13.12.2017 and 27.01.2018.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the first and second respondents to provide Police protection to the petitioner for constructing her house. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.41 of 2016, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Nilakottai and obtained a decree for permanent injunction against the third respondent, thereafter, the petitioner made arrangement for constructing her house. He further submitted that the third respondent is not allowing the petitioner for constructing her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

house and hence the petitioner gave petitions on 13.12.2017 and 27.01.2018 before the respondents, but, so far they have not taken any action.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the aforesaid petitions pending for enquiry, before the second respondent.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
