ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the third respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 08.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that one Paneerselvam gave a false assurance stating that he will make arrangement for job in Singapore and received Rs.6,00,000/- from the petitioner and thereafter the said Paneerselvam has not made any arrangement for job and also refused to return the amount. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint before the third respondent on 08.01.2018, but, so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
