To modify the condition in Para No.7(ii) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.2 of 2021 before this Honble Court dt.6.1.2021 other than the Respondent Police. PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.597 of 2021:

To Relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2 of 2021 dated 06.01.2021 before the Hon'ble Court.

Order :These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.A.BANUMATHY, Advocate for the petitioner in both the Petitions and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the Petitions, the Court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail on 06.01.2021. The petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions for a period of 30 days. He further submitted that the respondent police station is situated in an isolated place. Hence, he faces life threat at the hands of the unknown persons. Therefore, he seeks modification. 2.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.596 of 2021 extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Police Station, Madurai on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.These criminal miscellaneous petitions are allowed accordingly.
