ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to transfer the investigation of the complaint in CSR.No.1141 of 2022 dated 18.11.2022 on the file of the third respondent to any other agency and act in accordance with law within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's Jamath has given a complaint against one Syed Kani and another and on that basis, CSR No.1141 of 2022 came to be registered and on enquiry, both of them have given a statement that they would give the amount as agreed by them and recording the same, the complaint was ordered to be closed. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
