This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that only petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not harassed.

4.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
