ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 26.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused persons have received totally Rs.52,00,000/- from the petitioner and when the petitioner demanded to repay the said amount, the proposed accused persons criminally intimidated her and also assaulted her and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 26.12.2017, but, so far no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, an enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed, as it is civil in nature. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
