PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To pass an order of Extension of Time, to grant a further time of 2 weeks for executing sureties as per the order dated 15.05.2019 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.6938 of 2019 on the file of this Honourable High Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.6938 of 2019, dated 15/05/2019, for producing the sureties and for excuting the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since he is unable to furnish sureties he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
