For Respondent : Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 6 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 3,4,5,6 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Charges Exorbitant Interest Act, in Crime No.6 of 2013s on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Earlier anticipatory bail was granted for the petitioner in the year 2013. After a lapse of 8 years, he has filed an application seeking extension of time before this Court in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.10822 of 2021, that was also came to be dismissed by this Court by the order dated 11.01.2022 stating that after a lapse of eight years, this petition came to be filed. Again this petition for anticipatory bail came to be filed. It is clear case of abuse of process of Court. CRL OP(MD). No.1993 of 2022 been dismissed by this Court, the question of granting second anticipatory bail may not arise. The petitioner has to appear before the concerned Court and workout his remedy in appropriate manner. This petition deserves to be dismissed.
