ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct respondent to file a final report in Crime No.3 of 2014, at early.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 14.01.2014 in Crime No.3 of 2014, under Sections 420, 465, 471 and 468 I.P.C., but, thereafter no further action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner has to produce the original documents and only thereafter a final report can be filed.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, if original documents are necessary, then the respondent has to issue summons to the petitioner and to direct him to produce the original documents and thereafter complete the investigation at early. Further, he is directed to file a final report, within a period of three months from this date.
