ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.01.2023 to the first respondent or any other investigating agency other than the second respondent.

2. Since the complaint itself was filed only on 07.01.2023, there is absolutely no reason for transferring the case at this point of time. Moreover, since the prayer sought for only to transfer the complaint to the first respondent or any other investigating agency other than the second respondent, the petitioner can very well prefer a fresh complaint before the first respondent.

3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
