This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action against the private respondents 3 to 10 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.11.2024 in connection with C.S.R.Receipt No.1132/2024 and conclude the same

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.11.2024, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure report, it is open to him to 2/4

challenge the closure report as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.
