ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case on the complaint forwarded by the second respondent on 19.09.2017. 2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.On going through the materials, this Court finds that already the Revenue Authorities have come to the conclusion that the revenue records have been tampered with and certain entries have been made in the revenue records. A petition was filed before the first respondent to take action, since the same involved https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

falsification and forgery of revenue records. The first respondent, by his proceedings dated 19.09.2017, had directed the second respondent to take action against the persons, who are involved in the Crime. Since no action was taken, the present petition has been filed.

4.This Court is satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case and therefore, there will be a direction to the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 07.09.2017 and proceed further in accordance with law. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
